SCIENCE THEORIES from pgs i called Sciencious (1972ish).
These were notes jotted down from age 6 through 11. (mostly while in
The Red Door Projects in The Bronx, NYC)
In making sense of those 32,000 pgs of notes and drawings one of the things
i think i figured out was a science i named Galacsics. Not the pickle, nor misspelled Galactic.
As to where i state Galacsics fits, think of Physics then Quantum as a temporary bridge to/fro
Galacsics . Its the science that has a conscience i.e. Natures' Rules'.

Galacsic Calendar?
i bring up the calendar to bring to explain one of my theories. i state within what i call a
Galacsic season . i state are 2 Galacsic Seasons, the ascending and the descending , each
is half a year in time then each season is divided into thirds.
Now between each third there is a delay of ~2 weeks for the energy flow from Galacsics
to influence physics.
This past weekend 201306-08 we ended the most recent 2 week  "change over" period
when we saw TS 2013Andrea form, but never had an easy 24 hour period. since by my
statement Andrea formed within this 2 week change over period, then what happens in
the next week will be more of the weather trend so lets see what develops.

Here just my thought of the 2 top scenarios for TS development by what we've seen so far.

Lets say that area of a tropical disturbance that came off western Africa



(Cape Verde Islands area) finally tries to re-develope but there is too many fronts off the
Carolinas. To some that means watch out for long traveling TS off Africa. But to me it
can also mean that the active area for the next ~2 months or longer - if this weather trend
continues in the Galacsic 2 months period to follow this one, sometimes that occurs,
but usually not. Therefore  near the SE United States would be the favorable TS
development area and the long  traveling TD off Africa was "lucky" (lucky one as to the
TIMING of 4 that came off Africa)  to have come off Africa during the 2 week "change over"
period and ended up in what will be the most favorable area for TS development for the
next ~60 days, the eastern Gulf  of Mexico to SW North Atlantic.

OR it could be a blend of both scenarios,  for now only nature knows.

 In years past 1980-2011 i would predict N. Atlantic TS seasons except for a handful of years.
  Did this by using my "Gnowledge" of  Galacsics and reading NASA/NOAA imagery
 (mainly NASA) to pinpoint star & star cluster energies bathing (as to rules of Galacsics)
this solar system to figure out up to 7 of the 8 yr Galacsic cycle, thus weather trends.
One day modern science will do the same and be 98% correct at 7 year weather trends.
i'll post more links to where i've left Clues to this science so one can read (try to read)
those pages.
Here the AOI (Area Of Influence) of the ml-d a device


i state the ml-d influences (nature). At present set to influence weather by 1.97 times on 3 of 5
areas the ml-d uses to influence weather. The 5 are Horizontal winds, Vertical winds, Precipitation,
static > Lightning, Temperature change (via upwelling of cooler air or lack there of). The
latter upwelling of cooler air is the main feature, but its not the continuous cooler air
(0.1 F to 001 F) , but that this air can open / influence sub atomic structure (via inner Æ static)
areas of nature (when combining it with specific energies as extremely low sounds, microwaves
and some more things too dangerous to mention.

This was to be posted at WxB since i'm getting the vibe i might be asked to leave Wxu. But as to the other site, one is not allowed to post there "right off the bat" and
i'm not sure how long the wait is since 2eMails sent there have not been responded to.

A bit of explanation as to what/why i post on certain non scientific looking sites. IF you only want my present day weather tendency clues not my blah blah blah then please go down to "Now as to TS Andrea 2013".

NEEDED INFO for my comment below, an "ml-d" is a device i set and state it influences
weather trends, at present the permanent ml-d (as opposed to a portable version)
is at (zip 10016).


i state the ml-d influences weather for a 45 degree area in an oblate shape
(That 45 degree oblate area is centered at zip 10016)
Hope someone someday notices how i post warnings of such destruction after i
adjusted this device, and blogged at wxu a few...
