Station went offline from a power surge early today, but data feed from the rain guage showed .56 inches of rain from today's storm. That is just what we needed to reduce the fire danger, and give the summer wildflowers a kick start.

New Station up and operational

Thanks to my family for a great Father's day gift, a wireless weather station. It is up and running, providing a feed to Weatherunderground for DeerMeadowCt in Tijeras, NM. We are right at the 7,000 ft elevation level at the top of our lot. The station is in a meadowy (now brown) part of our lot away from any structure. Enjoy, and visit often to check on our weather conditions.
