... Increased fire danger across central North Carolina this
afternoon...

Breezy... warm... and dry conditions will result in increased fire
danger across central North Carolina this afternoon. A breezy
southwest wind... with sustained speeds of 15 to 20 mph and gusts
between 25 and 30 mph... will develop this afternoon. In
addition... afternoon temperatures will warm into the lower to
middle 70s... which will result in minimum relative humidity values
between 20 and 28 percent.

Outdoor burning should be closely monitored... and any unattended
fire should be immediately reported to the local Fire Department.

... Increased fire danger across central North Carolina Tuesday
afternoon...

A breezy southwest wind will develop Tuesday afternoon with gusts
between 22 and 28 mph likely. In addition... afternoon
temperatures will warm to near 70 or the lower 70s. This will
result in minimum relative humidity values between 25 and 30
percent.

The warm and dry air mass combined with the breezy southwest
winds will create conditions favorable for increased fire danger
across central North Carolina.

Any outdoor burning should be closely monitored. Any unattended
fire should be immediately reported to the local Fire Department.
